사용 방법
- Add up to ten cities — one per participant or office.
- Optionally rename each row and adjust its working hours (default 9:00–17:00).
- Pick a date. The grid shows one column per hour; green ✓ cells are inside that participant's working hours on that specific date.
- Click a fully-green column to select it, then export to Google Calendar or download an .ics file that lands correctly in everyone's calendar.
Availability is text-marked as well as colored (✓ / · / W), so the table stays readable in any color scheme or in print.
자주 묻는 질문
How is the “everyone available” window calculated?
For each hour of the chosen date, the planner converts that instant into every participant’s local time and checks it against their own working hours. An hour is highlighted only when it falls inside every participant’s window — including correct daylight saving handling for that specific date.
Why does a slot that worked last month not work now?
Daylight saving time. Countries switch on different dates, so the overlap between two offices can shrink or shift by an hour for a few weeks each spring and autumn. Always re-check recurring meetings around DST transitions.
What if there is no overlap at all?
With more than three widely-spread regions there is often no hour inside everyone’s 9–5. Try widening working hours (many teams accept 8:00–18:00), or look for “some available” slots and rotate who takes the inconvenient time.
